The “Punta Nera” House is a beautiful beachfront apartment with attention to detail and tastefully decorated with a breathtaking sea view!
The 50 sq. m. apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and consists of a double bedroom with hand-chiseled wooden canopy bed, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, living area with TV and covered terrace for outdoor dining with sea view. The apartment has private parking (small car), air conditioning, TV, free Wi-fi (usable only from 1/5 to 31/10) and washing machine. Sheets, bath towels and toiletries are always included. In the house, our guests will always find clear instructions on how to handle recycling and how to get around the island. Punta nera beach is about 30 meters away while all beaches on the island are a few minutes’ drive away, and the central Gavetta cove is about 1 km away. The Blacktip House also has an innovative self check-in system that ensures maximum security by minimizing contact with strangers and allows for complete autonomous access from 2 p.m. onward.
