The House of “Pavoncelle”

The “Pavoncelle” House is a beautiful apartment with attention to detail and furnished in Sardinian style with a beautiful sea view that warms the heart!

The 50 sq m apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and consists of a large double bedroom, living room with kitchenette equipped with a double sofa bed, and comfortable covered sea-view veranda for outdoor dining with a sea view. The bathroom with shower is preceded by a convenient hallway that allows for maximum privacy. The apartment has private parking, air conditioning and TV in all rooms, free Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and espresso machine with kettle. Sheets, bath towels and toiletries are always included. In the house, our guests will always find clear instructions on how to handle recycling and how to get around the island. All of the island’s beaches are only a few minutes away by car, and the central Umberto primo Square is about 800 meters away. The “Pavoncelle” House also has an innovative self check-in system that ensures maximum security by minimizing contact with strangers and allows complete autonomous access from 2 p.m. onward.
